couturier Manish Malhotra has partnered with luxury event and wedding destination A Dot to translate his maximalist design ethos into a 75,000 square foot celebration space in Gurgaon, Delhi NCR.
“Over the years, my work has extended far beyond couture into the larger world of celebration, atmosphere, and experience,” said Malhotra in a release on Friday. “From cinema to weddings and immersive spaces, I have always been drawn to creating worlds that feel emotional, personal, and cinematic. Collaborating with A Dot is a natural extension of that vision, bringing together architecture, hospitality, and design to reimagine the future of luxury celebrations in India.”
The collaboration marks India’s first-ever designer destination for weddings, MICE (meetings, incentives, conferences, and exhibitions), and grand celebrations, according to A Dot. Malhotra is known for his global take on Indian craftsmanship, seen in the Manish Malhotra x A Dot project through a mixture of opulent gold tones, warm hues, fluid lines, and expressive floral bouquets, centering around an intimate space for traditional rituals and ceremonies.
“Indian celebrations are evolving,” said A Dot’s director Sarthak Saini. “Today’s families are not only looking for just a venue; they are looking for a complete, elevated experience that is reserved for a few. This collaboration with Manish Malhotra allows us to bring together design, emotion, hospitality and scale in a way that feels truly special.”
