We know what most supporters/players will wearing during world cup matches, so here’s Tommy Hilfiger‘s take on what they should be wearing off-duty.

The PVH The corp-owned fashion brand has unveiled its Summer 2026 collection and supporting campaign linked to Premiership side Liverpool FC and the host of players heading to their respective country camps for the tournament.
Using the most recognizable and influential faces is a key part of the wider Hilfiger strategy and picking on football stars at a time when the sports world is prepping for the World Cup makes good commercial sense.
Featuring some of the team’s most recognizable players, the campaign includes Virgil van Dijk, Florian Wirtz, Alexander Isak, Dominik Szoboszlai, Cody Gakpo, Ibrahima Konaté, Ryan Gravenberch, Alexis Mac Allister, Joe Gomez and Giovanni Leoni.
“Set against optimistic and vibrant imagery, the players come together in anticipation before many begin their international journeys to the world’s biggest stage — as the partnership continues to shape a style vision for the next era of the game,” the brand said.
Focusing on “how athletes show up when global attention is at its peak,” the campaign explores the broader culture surrounding modern football — “where fashion and the world around sport are more connected than ever.”
A selection of scenes captured near Liverpool FC’s Anfield stadium by Alisdair McLellan sit alongside portraits and squad arrival moments “depicting the shift from club to country.”
Hilfiger added: “I’ve always seen sport as one of the most powerful cultural languages — it connects people through identity, emotion and self-expression. What excites me about football today is how personal style has become part of that conversation. This campaign captures Liverpool FC players bringing our Tommy icons into a new era of athlete influence and modern dressing.”
